Well my head is very burnt from the bleach Everyone noticed it in work Very upset Going to b left with scars Went in to rush next morning,,,told them showed them my head was burnt No ,,nothing ,, feel very unhappy with the after service Have a new application for January but to upset to go back there My head is in a terrible way with pain

Very bad behaviour from the manager Tina

I want to the salon with my partner to do my hair and my parents hair in Kensington in the morning because we have tv show and we meet the manager Tina,she was very road and my hair was the same after I finish and adidnt see any different after I finish she charged me over money also I want next day and I spoke to Bernadti in Kensington and she see my hair I still have my natural culler and nothing changed on my here but Bernadti helps me and she was very nice with me! Im very sad and disappointed about what Tina did to me and my partner also I have friends in my area she did the same with him.

User's recommendation: To check the shop all the time and choose the manager before you give him the position please.
